Still Looking for Science Archive

For my previous publication I wanted to find an archive that would store my Coq Proof in addition to my article. For my upcoming article, I’d like to find an archive that will store my Haskell code in addition to my article. I don’t understand why this service doesn’t exist. Shouldn’t on-line journals or libraries be storing arbitrary data with their articles. Don’t scientists have large spreadsheets of data that support the work in their articles? How does computer science survive without archives of reference implementations to either repeat experiments, or inspect the code? What’s the matter with people?
