Catagory of Uniformly Continuous Functions

2005-11-20T16:01:00Z

The category of uniformly continuous functions between spaces is not Cartesian closed. This category has lots of structure to it, and many lambda functions are uniformly continuous. But it doesn’t fit into the framework of a CCC. If I were a good mathematician, I would be able to find what type of category it is. If I were a great mathematician, I would invent a type of category for it.

Stupid category theory.
