I want to submit my paper to two archives before transfering my copyright to Springer-Verlag. One archive will be the Computing Research Repository. Here I will place a document with a Creative Commons license. This will have the strongest legal protection, but not the total amount of freedom I wish to allow. In the second archive I will put a copy under a “public domain” license.
I am looking for a second archive. Any suggestions? I prefer an HTML archive, but will be satisfied with LATEX, PDF, DVI, or PS.
